Main Board Listed Issuer Corporate Documents 2002 on Compact Disk

Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited (HKEx) released today (Monday) three sets of compact disks (CDs) on corporate documents published by issuers which have listed securities on the Main Board of the Hong Kong securities market.

  1. Main Board Listed Companies Annual Reports/Interim Reports 2002 comprises 12 compact disks, containing electronic copies of annual/interim reports (both English and Chinese versions) published by Main Board listed companies for reporting periods ending in 2002.
  2. Main Board Listed Companies Corporate Documents 2002 (Excluding Interim & Annual Reports) comprises four compact disks, containing electronic copies of corporate documents (both English and Chinese versions) published within the calendar year 2002 by Main Board listed companies. Corporate documents include prospectuses; shareholder circulars; proposals for corporate action (takeover, reorganisation, disposal of assets, stock consolidation); and notices of notifiable transactions.
  3. Main Board Derivative Warrants & Debt Securities Issuer Documents 2002 comprises three compact disks, containing electronic copies of documents (both English and Chinese versions) published within the calendar year 2002 by issuers of derivative warrants and debt securities listed on the Main Board. Issuer documents include base listing documents; supplementary listing documents; prospectuses; offering circulars and information memoranda.

The three CD sets constitute a full record of corporate documents published by Hong Kong Main Board listed issuers. Documents are stored in Adobe Portable Document Format (PDF format). With the built-in search facility provided in each compact disk, documents can be retrieved quickly by company/issuer name, stock code or document type.

The CD sets are available for subscription online through HKEx Data Products on the HKEx website http://www.hkex.com.hk.
