Main Board and GEM Listed Issuer Corporate Documents 2004 on Compact Disk

Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited (HKEx) has released for sale three sets of compact disks (CDs) on corporate documents published by issuers which have listed securities on the Main Board and Growth Enterprise Market (GEM).
The new issues are released to meet the needs of market participants and the public for an off-line archive of the corporate documents. With the built-in simple search facility provided in each disk, documents can be searched by stock code or issuer name.

Main Board Listed Companies Corporate Documents 2004 (Excluding Interim & Annual Reports) contains electronic copies of corporate documents (both English and Chinese versions) published in 2004 by Main Board listed companies. Corporate documents include prospectuses; shareholder circulars; proposals for corporate action (takeover, reorganisation, disposal of assets, stock consolidation); and notices of notifiable transactions.

GEM Listed Companies Corporate Documents 2004 (Excluding Quarterly & Annual Reports) contains electronic copies of corporate documents (both English and Chinese versions) published in 2004 by GEM companies. The scope of the contents is the same as that of Main Board Listed Companies Corporate Documents 2004 (Excluding Interim & Annual Reports) described above.

Main Board Derivative Warrants & Debt Securities Issuer Documents 2004 contains electronic copies of documents (both English and Chinese versions) published within 2004 by issuers of derivative warrants and debt securities listed on the Main Board. Issuer documents include base listing documents; supplementary listing documents; prospectuses; offering circulars; and information memoranda.
Two more CD sets, Main Board Listed Companies' Annual Reports/Interim Reports 2004 and GEM Listed Companies' Annual Reports/Quarterly Reports 2004 will be released later in the year. The corporate documents contained in the five new CD sets are all available on the HKEx website for viewing.
