Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited (HKEx) has released for sale two sets of compact disks (CDs) on annual/interim/quarterly reports published by companies listed on the Main Board and Growth Enterprise Market (GEM).

The new issues are released to meet the needs of market participants and the public for an off-line archive of the annual/interim/quarterly reports. With the built-in simple search facility provided in each disk, documents can be searched by stock code or issuer name.

1. Main Board Listed Companies' Annual Reports/Interim Reports 2004 contains electronic copies of annual/interim reports (both English and Chinese versions) published by Main Board listed companies for reporting periods ending in 2004.
   
   
2. GEM Listed Companies' Annual Reports/Quarterly Reports 2004 contains electronic copies of annual/quarterly reports (both English and Chinese versions) published by GEM listed companies for reporting periods ending in 2004.

The annual/interim/quarterly reports contained in the two new CD sets are all available on the HKEx website for viewing.
