HKEx Publishes 20th Edition of its Quarterly Publication - Exchange

Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited (HKEx) has published on the HKEx website the 20th edition of its quarterly publication, Exchange.  This edition includes:

a farewell conversation with HKEx’s first chairman, Charles Lee, who retired from the post this month;
a special four-page insert on the Grand Opening of the Exchange Trading and Exhibition Hall Complex, and HKEx’s 2006 Annual General Meeting;
an update on HKEx’s plans to introduce a framework for the listing of Callable Bull/Bear Contracts on the Stock Exchange and the timetable for the rollout of the framework;
an article on the way forward in respect of the new structure for listing decision-making;
an overview of HKEx’s preparations for the abolition of the requirement for Main Board issuers to make their Listing Rule-related announcements through paid ads in newspapers;
a feature on the Listing Division’s new China Affairs team;
