Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited (HKEx) today (Monday) posted the Main Board Listing Rules in simplified Chinese characters on the HKEx website.  The simplified Chinese version was created by converting the traditional Chinese version into simplified characters.

As a result of today’s posting, the Main Board Listing Rules are now available on the HKEx website in traditional Chinese, simplified Chinese and English.

HKEx is now preparing a simplified Chinese version of the Growth Enterprise Market (GEM) Listing Rules for posting on the HKEx and GEM websites.  HKEx will make a further announcement on the GEM Listing Rules initiative in due course.

The simplified Chinese version of the Main Board Listing Rules is available under the Regulatory Framework and Rules section of the HKEx website.
