Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited (HKEx) welcomes the Government's re-appointments of Chan Ka-lok and Fong Hup as members of HKEx’s Risk Management Committee (RMC).  The re-appointments were made under the Securities and Futures Ordinance and will be effective from 1 July this year to 30 June 2009.
