Forfeiture of Unclaimed Interim Dividend for 2001
| Pursuant to the Articles of Association of Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited (HKEx), the unclaimed interim dividend for 2001 is forfeited and reverts to the company. |
On 31 August 2007, HKEx announced that pursuant to HKEx’s Articles of Association, the interim dividend for 2001 of $0.08 per share, payable on 15 October 2001 and remaining unclaimed on 15 October 2007, would be forfeited and would revert to the company. Accordingly, the unclaimed interim dividend for 2001 amounting to $510,640.80 is forfeited and reverts to HKEx today.
