Main Board and GEM Listed Issuer Corporate Documents 2007 on DVD

Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited (HKEx) has released listed issuer corporate document archives for year 2007 on digital video disks (DVD) for public subscription.
The new issues serve to meet the needs of the market participants and the public for an off-line archive of the corporate documents. With the built-in simple search facility provided in each disk, documents can be searched by stock code or issuer name. The following are the three sets of newly available data products for 2007:

GEM Listed Companies Corporate Documents 2007 (Excluding Quarterly & Annual Reports) contains electronic copies of corporate documents and announcements (both English and Chinese versions) published in 2007 by Growth Enterprise Market (GEM) listed companies. The scope of the contents is the same as that of Main Board Listed Companies Corporate Documents 2007 (Excluding Interim & Annual Reports) described above.

Main Board Derivative Warrants & Debt Securities Issuer Documents 2007 contains electronic copies of documents and announcements (both English and Chinese versions) published in 2007 by issuers of derivative warrants and debt securities listed on the Main Board. Issuer documents include base listing documents, supplementary listing documents, prospectuses, offering circulars and information memoranda.

Two more DVD sets, Main Board Listed Companies’ Annual Reports/Interim Reports 2007 and GEM Listed Companies’ Annual Reports/Quarterly Reports 2007 will be released later in the year.
