Forfeiture of Unclaimed Final Dividend for 2002
On 13 March 2009, HKEx announced that pursuant to HKEx’s Articles of Association, the final dividend for 2002 of $0.43 per share, payable on 25 April 2003 and remaining unclaimed on 25 April 2009, would be forfeited and would revert to the company. Accordingly, the unclaimed final dividend for 2002 amounting to $2,761,034.30 is forfeited and reverts to HKEx today.
