HKEx Publishes 33rd Edition of its Quarterly Publication - Exchange

Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited (HKEx) has published on the HKEx website the 33rd edition of its quarterly publication, Exchange. This edition includes:
- An overview of how the Stock Exchange enforces its Listing Rules;

- A report on the Stock Exchange's enhanced monitoring of directors' dealings;
|
- An article on plans to introduce options with flexible features;
|
- An introduction to volatility indices;
|
- A report on plans to automate the stamp duty reporting and payment;
|
- An update on plans to make basic real-time data from HKEx’s markets available on selected websites free of charge under a pilot scheme;
|
- An article on the development of HKEx’s Callable Bull/Bear Contract market; and
|
- An overview of shareholder voting at company meetings.
