Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited (HKEx) welcomes the Government's appointment of Mark McCombe to succeed Peter Wong as a member of HKEx's Risk Management Committee (RMC). The appointment was made under the Securities and Futures Ordinance and is for the period from 28 July 2010 to 19 January 2012.
HKEx wishes to express its sincere gratitude to Mr Wong for his contribution to the RMC.
Mr McCombe is currently Chief Executive Officer Hong Kong of The Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Limited and Chairman of Hong Kong Interbank Clearing Limited.
From 28 July 2010, RMC members will comprise:
