Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited (HKEx) and the Shaanxi Province Financial Affairs Office signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) today (Wednesday) on cooperation and exchange of information.

The MOU was signed by HKEx Assistant Vice President of Mainland Development Franky Chung and Deputy Director of the Shaanxi Province Financial Affairs Office Teng Xipeng.  The signing ceremony was held during the Shaanxi-Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macau Economic Cooperation Week in Hong Kong.  The ceremony was also attended by the Vice Governor of Shaanxi Province Jiang Zelin.
