Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited (HKEx) and Chongqing Financial Services Office today (Monday) signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) on cooperation and exchange of information.
The MOU was signed by Mao Zhirong, HKEx's Head of Mainland Development-designate, and Ruan Lu, Director-General of Chongqing's Financial Services Office, at a ceremony in HKEx’s Exchange Auditorium.
The signing was witnessed by Charles Li, HKEx Chief Executive; Huang Qifan, Mayor of Chongqing; and Chen Heping, Deputy Mayor of Chongqing.
HKEx and the Chongqing Municipal Government also co-organised a conference for Chongqing-based enterprises on listing in Hong Kong that was held today at the Exchange Auditorium.
