1. Listed issuers are required by Listing Rules to publish a Monthly Return to provide an update on a fixed monthly basis the movement of its issued capital by 8:30am of the fifth business day following the end of each calendar month. Listed issuers are also required to publish a Next Day Disclosure Return in respect of changes in issued share capital, in some cases by 8:30am of the next business day and in other cases subject to a 5% de minimis threshold and certain other criteria (e.g. aggregation).
