INVESTMENT OBJECTIVE
The investment objective of the Product is to provide investment results that, before fees and expenses, closely correspond to twice (2x) the Daily performance of the common stock of MicroStrategy Incorporated (NASDAQ: MSTR). The Product does not seek to achieve its stated investment objective over a period of time greater than one day. The Product seeks to achieve its investment objective by using a Swap-based synthetic replication strategy.
