The investment objective of the Fund is to provide investment results that, before fees and expenses, closely correspond to the performance of ether, as measured by the performance of the CME CF Ether-Dollar Reference Rate (APAC Variant). In seeking to achieve the Fund's investment objective, the Fund acquires and holds ether directly. Up to 100% of the Fund's assets may be invested in ether.
