Stock Exchange announces appointment of new Disciplinary Appeals Committee Convenor
The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited, announced today (Monday) the appointment of Larry Kwok as the new Convenor of the Disciplinary Appeals Committee with immediate effect. Mr Kwok succeeds Raymond Tang, who resigned on 5 January 2005. Henry Wu, who was appointed to act as the Convenor of the Committee temporarily, has relinquished the duties accordingly.
Mr Kwok is the Managing Partner of the China and Hong Kong operations of the commercial law firm Mallesons Stephen Jaques.
