Cancellation of listing
The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (the Exchange) announced that with effect from 9:00 am on 13 October 2026, the listing of the shares of Khoon Group Limited (the Company) will be cancelled under Rule 6.01(4).

The Exchange announces that the listing of the Company's shares will be cancelled with effect from 9:00 am on 13 October 2026 under Rule 6.01(4).
Trading in the Company’s shares has been suspended since 24 July 2026.
On 25 September 2026, the Listing Committee decided to cancel the listing of the Company's shares under Rule 6.01(4). In reaching its decision, the Listing Committee considered that the Company’s business operations, financial position and ability to comply with its financial reporting obligations had been materially undermined as a direct consequence of sanctions imposed on the Company. The resulting suitability issues were fundamental to the general principles for listing under Rule 2.03 and the Company had failed to demonstrate a reasonable prospect of addressing those issues within a reasonable period. Accordingly, the Listing Committee concluded that the Company was no longer suitable for listing and that cancellation of its listing under Rule 6.01(4) was warranted.
The Exchange has requested the Company to publish an announcement on the cancellation of its listing.
The Exchange advises shareholders of the Company who have any queries about the implications of the delisting to obtain appropriate professional advice.
