The Hong Kong International Carbon Market Council (the Council), launched by HKEX, brings together leading organisations to accelerate the region’s net-zero transition. The Council aims to promote the development of efficient and effective markets for carbon credits and other environmental products in Hong Kong, while also supporting corporate sustainability efforts. Drawing on the collective expertise of its members, the Council provides strategic insights not only to HKEX, but also to the broader Hong Kong community.
