The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong issued determination notices to 75 C.A. Pacific Securities and 149 Chark Fung Securities claimants on March 2, 2000.

Copies of the determination notices were sent to the Securities and Futures Commission requesting payment to the claimants. All the claims were successful.

This brings to 4,211 the total number of determination notices issued to claimants of C.A. Pacific Securities and 1,579 the total number of determination notices issued to Chark Fung Securities.
