Compensation for C.A. Pacific Securities
and Chark Fung Securities Claimants
The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong issued a further batch of determination notices to 137 C.A. Pacific Securities and 97 Chark Fung Securities claimants on May 10.
This brings to 4,558 the total number of determination notices issued to claimants of C.A. Pacific Securities with 649 outstanding cases and 1,782 the total number of determination notices issued to claimants of Chark Fung Securities with 471 outstanding cases.
Copies of the determination notices were sent to the Securities and Futures Commission requesting payment to the claimants.
