Hong Kong Listed Companies Corporate Documents and Derivative Warrants & Debt Securities Issuer Documents 1999 on Compact Disks

The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited released today (Thursday) two CD products on listed issuer corporate document archives.

1. Hong Kong Listed Companies Corporate Documents 1999 (Excluding Interim & Annual Reports) provides black and white images of corporate documents (both English and Chinese versions) published within the calendar year 1999 by Hong Kong listed companies. Corporate documents include prospectuses, shareholder circulars, proposals for corporate action, including takeover, reorganisation, disposal of assets, stock consolidation, and notices of notifiable transactions.
2. Derivative Warrants & Debt Securities Issuer Documents 1999 provides documents published by issuers of derivative warrants and debt securities listed on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong. Issuer documents include base listing documents; supplementary listing documents, prospectuses, offering circulars and information memoranda.

Special prices of HK$1,500 and HK$500 per set for the two products respectively are offered for subscriptions received by end of May 2000.
