A Memorandum of Understanding between Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited (HKEx) and the Kuala Lumpur Stock Exchange (KLSE) regarding the exchange of certain market information for maintaining the integrity of the two markets was signed on 4 December (Tuesday).
