Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited (HKEx) released today (Tuesday) two CDs on listed issuer corporate document archives.

Documents can be retrieved quickly by company/issuer name, stock code, document type, publication date or language. The two CDs, together with the Annual/Interim Reports on Compact Disk, constitute a full record of corporate documents published by Hong Kong listed issuers. HKEx developed these CDs to provide easy public access to listed company documents, and help commercial and academic institutions to build up their reference collection.

The Corporate Documents and Derivative Warrants & Debt Securities Issuer Documents CDs are available for subscription at HK$1,800 and HK$600 respectively. Subscription forms are now available on HKEx web site at http://www.hkex.com.hk and at the Sales Counter, located on 1/F, One & Two Exchange Square, Central.
