HKEx announces chairman's reappointment

The board of directors of Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited (HKEx) has reappointed Charles Lee as the chairman of HKEx. The reappointment will take effect following the written approval of the Chief Executive of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
Following the reappointment of Charles Lee, Tim Freshwater and Lo Ka-shui as Public Interest Directors and shareholders' election of John Strickland and Oscar Wong as Directors, the board has reappointed them to various Committees and Consultative Panels. Other than the appointment of Bill Kwok to the Nomination Committee to replace Lo Ka-shui, and the appointment of John Strickland to the Listing Nomination Committee to replace Paul Chow, other members of the Committees and Consultative Panels remain unchanged.
The updated lists of members of the Committees and Consultative Panels are attached.
