Main Board and GEM Listed Issuer Corporate Documents 2005 on Compact Disk

Three sets of Compact Disks (CD) containing listed issuer corporate documents filed with Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited (HKEx) are now available for public subscription via the HKEx website.
The new sets have been released to meet the needs of market participants and other interested parties for an off-line archive of the corporate documents. With the built-in search facility in each disk, documents can be accessed by stock code or issuer name.

Main Board Derivative Warrants & Debt Securities Issuer Documents 2005 contains electronic copies of documents (both English and Chinese versions) published in 2005 by issuers of derivative warrants and debt securities listed on the Main Board. Issuer documents include base listing documents, supplementary listing documents, prospectuses, offering circulars and information memoranda.

Two more CD sets, Main Board Listed Companies’ Annual Reports/Interim Reports 2005 and GEM Listed Companies’ Annual Reports/Quarterly Reports 2005 will be released later in the year.
