The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (the Exchange), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited, was informed that the Securities and Futures Commission issued a restriction notice on Tiffit Securities (Hong Kong) Ltd. (7680 and 7689) today (Tuesday) under sections 204 and 205 of the Securities and Futures Ordinance.

As a consequence, the Exchange has suspended the Exchange Participant's right to access AMS/3, the Third Generation Automatic Order Matching and Execution System until further notice under Rule 704 of the Exchange.

Tiffit Securities (Hong Kong) Ltd. was voluntarily suspended from trading before the market opened this morning.
