Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited (HKEx) today (Monday) introduced new features on its website to improve investors’ access to the latest listed company documents, as well as related archives, strengthening the company information dissemination regime in Hong Kong.
The new features include:

Displays of the file size and format of each company document for users’ reference;

A new search form for company documents to simplify the search process and make it more user-friendly – this form has also been adopted on the GEM website; and

A new “Listed Company Information Search – Delisted Securities” section to facilitate searches on delisted securities and lapsed initial public offerings*.

HKEx believes the new features will further strengthen the website’s role as a centralised resource centre for online access to information on Hong Kong-listed companies.
Apart from the enhanced features, the HKEx website currently offers investors a number of investment tools free of charge, including an alert service which notifies registered users via email or mobile phone text message of HKEx news and the latest information on their listed companies of choice, a portfolio valuation service, securities prices and charts showing securities prices, as well as trading volume.
