Three sets of compact disks (CDs) on listed issuer corporate document archives recently released for sale by Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited (HKEx) are now available for public subscription.
The new issues have been released to meet the needs of the market participants and the public for an off-line archive of the corporate documents. With the built-in simple search facility provided in each disk, documents can be searched by stock code or issuer name.

GEM Listed Companies Corporate Documents 2006 (Excluding Quarterly & Annual Reports) contains electronic copies of corporate documents (both English and Chinese versions) published in 2006 by Growth Enterprise Market (GEM) listed companies. The scope of the contents is the same as that of Main Board Listed Companies Corporate Documents 2006 (Excluding Interim & Annual Reports) described above. |

Main Board Derivative Warrants & Debt Securities Issuer Documents 2006 contains electronic copies of documents (both English and Chinese versions) published in 2006 by issuers of derivative warrants and debt securities listed on the Main Board. Issuer documents include base listing documents, supplementary listing documents, prospectuses, offering circulars and information memoranda. |
Two more CD sets, Main Board Listed Companies’ Annual Reports/Interim Reports 2006 and GEM Listed Companies’ Annual Reports/Quarterly Reports 2006 will be released later in the year.
