The Board of Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited (HKEx) has today considered the composition of its Committees and the Consultative Panels following the re-appointment and re-election of directors yesterday (22 April 2010), and resolved to change the composition of the Audit Committee. The composition of other Committees and the Consultative Panels remain unchanged.
The term of service of each director with each Committee or Consultative Panel shall be coterminous with the individual’s term of directorship with HKEx.
