Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited (HKEx) and the Shandong Financial Services Office today (Tuesday) signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) on cooperation and exchange of information.

The MOU was signed by Eric Landheer, HKEx’s Head of Issuer Marketing, and Sun Xianqing, Vice Director of the Shandong Financial Services Office, at a ceremony in Jinan, the capital of Shandong province.  The signing was witnessed by Stephen Ye, Vice President, Mainland Development at HKEx, and Li Yongjian, Director of the Shandong Financial Services Office.

The Shandong Financial Services Office and HKEx also co-organised a conference for Shandong-based enterprises today on listing in Hong Kong.
