Appointment of Cash Market Consultative Panel Members

The Board of Directors of Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited (HKEx) is pleased to announce the appointment of Choy Sze Chung, Jojo and David Rabinowitz as Cash Market Consultative Panel members effective 1 June 2012 to fill the casual vacancies arising from the resignation of Cham Yau Nam and Hon Sau Yee, Kenneth.
According to the Nomination Policy for the Appointment of Members to the Consultative Panels, the member appointed to fill a casual vacancy shall hold office only for the remaining term of the outgoing member. Accordingly, the service term of Choy Sze Chung, Jojo and David Rabinowitz shall be up to 31 May 2013 and 2015 respectively.
HKEx wishes to take this opportunity to thank Cham Yau Nam and Hon Sau Yee, Kenneth for their dedicated service to the Cash Market Consultative Panel.
