Appointment of Derivatives Market Consultative Panel Member

The Board of Directors of Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited (HKEx) is pleased to announce the appointment of Craig Robertson as Derivatives Market Consultative Panel member effective today to fill the casual vacancy arising from the resignation of Toby Lawson.
According to the Nomination Policy for the Appointment of Members to the Consultative Panels, the member appointed to fill a casual vacancy shall hold office only for the remaining term of the outgoing member. Accordingly, the service term of Mr Robertson shall be up to 31 May 2015.
HKEx wishes to take this opportunity to thank Mr Lawson for his dedicated service to the Derivatives Market Consultative Panel.
