HKEX Signs MOU with Shanghai Ganglian E-Commerce and Wuxi Stainless Steel Exchange

Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited (HKEX) today (Tuesday) is pleased to have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with both Shanghai Ganglian E-Commerce; and Wuxi Stainless Steel Exchange, to strengthen communications and cooperation, as well as to promote mutual business development in financial and commodities markets.

The MOU between HKEX and Shanghai Ganglian E-Commerce was signed by HKEX Head of Commodities Development Dennis Zhang, and Shanghai Ganglian’s President Gao Bo.

The MOU between HKEX and Wuxi Stainless Steel Exchange was signed by HKEX’s Dennis Zhang and Wuxi Stainless Steel Exchange’s General Manager of Marketing Department, Feng Jian.

Both signings were witnessed by HKEX Chief Executive, Charles Li, and Head of Market Development, Li Gang, together with Shanghai Ganglian Chairman Zhu Junhong and Wuxi Stainless Steel Exchange Chairman Yu Xiaochun, respectively.
