The Exchange announces that the listing of the Company's shares will be cancelled with effect from 9:00 am on 5 September 2023 under Rule 6.01A.

Trading in the Company’s shares has been suspended since 4 October 2021. Under Rule 6.01A, the Exchange may delist the Company if trading does not resume by 3 April 2023.

The Company failed to fulfill the resumption guidance set by the Exchange and resume trading in its shares by 3 April 2023. On 21 April 2023, the Listing Committee decided to cancel the listing of the Company’s shares on the Exchange under Rule 6.01A.

On 2 May 2023, the Company sought a sought a review of the Listing Committee's decision by the Listing Review Committee. On 26 July 2023, the Listing Review Committee upheld the decision of the Listing Committee to cancel the Company's listing. On 4 August 2023, the Company announced that it was seeking legal advice on ground for it to file an application to obtain leave from the High Court of Hong Kong to apply for judicial review of the Listing Review Committee’s decision (the Judicial Review). On 24 August 2023, the Company has confirmed that it has decided not to proceed with the Judicial Review. Accordingly, the Exchange will cancel the Company’s listing with effect from 9:00 am on 5 September 2023. The Exchange has requested the Company to publish an announcement on the cancellation of its listing.
