HKEX Issuer Access Platform

Overview

HKEX Issuer Access Platform (HKEX IAP) is a secure and web-based communication channel to interact with HKEX’s Listing Division on regulatory matters. With its official launch in 2026, HKEX IAP will enhance the engagement between listed issuers and HKEX, serving as the primary platform for seamless two-way communication.

HKEX IAP will also assist listed issuers in their compliance with the Listing Rules, through providing smart tools such as dashboards, workflow trackers, guides, and automated reminders.

Upon onboarding of all listed issuers, corporate and personnel information submitted via HKEX IAP will be centralised and displayed on a new dedicated market portal, promoting market transparency and accessibility.

What's next?

HKEX IAP will be launched on 25 October 2026.

Registration will commence for listed issuers starting from October 2026 by batches. Advisers may continue to register their accounts via the link in below “Registration” section at their own pace. Find out how to register here.

To support the implementation of HKEX IAP, the Exchange has revised the Listing Application Forms for Main Board (Forms C1 and C3) and GEM Issuers (Form B), introduced a new headline relating to Next Day Disclosure Returns, and made related housekeeping Rule amendments. These changes will take effect on 25 October 2026. For details, please refer to FAQ A.6.

We also hosted an onboarding webinar on 29 June 2026 to provide an overview of the platform and key reminders to facilitate a smooth transition.

The Trial Version only covers the major functions of the HKEX IAP. All materials and information on this website are provided solely for illustrative and training purposes. They should not be interpreted as actual or final information, and shall not be relied upon as such.

Registration

The Exchange will roll out HKEX IAP for phased registration by advisers in mid-July 2026 and by issuers starting in October 2026.

Advisers can register their accounts via the link below at their own pace.

Register as advisers

Each issuer will receive a letter from the Exchange specifying the account registration and onboarding details. They should register their accounts with the unique registration code set out in the letter, and complete account registration within the prescribed timeline.

Upon onboarding, the platform will be mandatory for all issuers and advisers to make regulatory submissions and communicate with HKEX.
