Foundation Works segment includes bored piling, driven H-piling, socketed H-piling, mini-piles, footing foundation and pile cap works. Civil Engineering Construction segment includes site formation, roads and drainage works and landslip preventive and remedial works to slopes and retaining walls. General Building Works segment includes the alterations and additions, renovation and fitting-out for existing buildings. Environmental Protection segment is engaged in environmental protection businesses. The Company is also engaged in the trading of construction materials. Listed issuers are required by Listing Rules to publish a Monthly Return to provide an update on a fixed monthly basis the movement of its issued capital by 8:30am of the fifth business day following the end of each calendar month. Listed issuers are also required to publish a Next Day Disclosure Return in respect of changes in issued share capital, in some cases by 8:30am of the next business day and in other cases subject to a 5% de minimis threshold and certain other criteria (e.g. aggregation).
