The MSCI Taiwan 25/50 Index is designed to measure the performance of the large and mid-cap segments of the Taiwanese market, covering about 85% of the free float-adjusted market capitalisation in Taiwan. It applies certain investment limits that are imposed on regulated investment companies, or RICs, under the current Inland Revenue Code.
