Amendments for the purpose of implementing the single tranche multiple counter (“STMC”) arrangement, which is to streamline the clearing and settlement process in respect of eligible securities which are of the same class of an issuer and approved or accepted for trading in different eligible currencies under separate stock code numbers (“Multi-counter Eligible Securities”).
