The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong issued determination notices to 223 C.A. Pacific Securities, 17 Forluxe Securities, and 84 Chark Fung Securities claimants on October 6.

Copies of the determination notices were sent to the Securities and Futures Commission requesting payment to the claimants.  A large majority of the claims were successful. 

This brings to 3,296 the total number of determination notices issued to claimants of C.A. Pacific Securities, 420 the total number of determination notices issued to claimants of Forluxe Securities, and 543 the total number of determination notices issued to Chark Fung Securities.
