Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited (HKEx) released today (Monday) two campact disk products on listed issuer corporate document archives.

1. Hong Kong Listed Companies Corporate Documents 2000 (Excluding Interim & Annual Reports) provides black and white images of corporate documents (both English and Chinese versions) published within the calendar year 2000 by Hong Kong listed companies. Corporate documents include prospectuses; shareholder circulars; proposals for corporate action, including takeover, reorganisation, disposal of assets, stock consolidation; and notices of notifiable transactions.

2. Derivative Warrants & Debt Securities Issuer Documents 2000 provides documents published by issuers of derivative warrants and debt securities listed on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong. Issuer documents include base listing documents; supplementary listing documents; prospectuses; offering circulars and information memoranda.

Document images can be searched and retrieved quickly by company/issuer name, stock code, document type, publication date or language. The two campact disk products, together with the Annual/Interim Reports on compact disk, constitute a full record of corporate documents published by Hong Kong listed issuers. HKEx developed these campact disk products to provide easy public access to listed company documents, and help commercial and academic institutions to build up their reference collection.
