Complaint from a shareholder of UDL Holdings Limited

HKEx has received media enquiries regarding a complaint lodged by a shareholder of UDL Holdings Limited. The substance of the complaint concerns the question of whether Harbour Front be required to make a general offer to shareholders of UDL Holdings Limited.

Since this issue is covered by the Takeovers Code, which is administered and enforced by the Securities and Futures Commission (SFC), HKEx will refer the complaint to the SFC.
