Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited ("HKEx") has noted recent press articles reporting on the establishment of the "Hong Kong Enterprise Exchange" (HKEE), which purported to assist PRC based enterprises to raise capital by way of "listing" on HKEE.

HKEx wishes to clarify that it does not have any form of business co-operation, directly or indirectly, with HKEE or support the same. Further, HKEx is not engaged in discussions with HKEE about the possibility of any form of co-operation with or acquisition of any interests in HKEE, nor does it have any intention to engage in such discussions. Neither HKEE nor its holding company, L.P. Lammas International Ltd., is in any way affiliated with HKEx.
