As part of its continuing efforts to educate the investing public, Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited (HKEx) has produced a CD-ROM in Chinese entitled "Using Investment Products", for distribution to investors.

The CD-ROM explains the special features, benefits, risks and trading strategies associated with products available for trading at HKEx, and the trading systems used in the securities and derivatives markets. It also teaches investors how to use the options calculator and ELI (Equity Linked Instrument) calculator on the HKEx website.

Investors can obtain a copy, free of charge, by taking part in HKEx's investor seminars. HKEx will also provide copies of the CD-ROM to Exchange Participants.
