Director Henry Fan appointed to Audit and Risk Management committees

Director Henry Fan Hung-ling was today appointed by the Board to the Audit Committee and Risk Management Committee of Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited (HKEx) with immediate effect.
Mr Fan's term of service to the committees shall be co-terminus with the tenure of his directorship with HKEx that will expire at the conclusion of the annual general meeting in 2005.
