In response to media enquiries about the response of Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited (HKEx) to the Government's publication of its consultation conclusions on enhancement of the regulation of listing, HKEx issued the following statement:

Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited welcomes the Government's publication of its consultation conclusions on enhancement of the regulation of listing. HKEx will work closely with the Government and the Securities and Futures Commission on measures to raise the quality of the Hong Kong financial markets.
