Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited (HKEx) and Korea Exchange (KRX) today (Monday) signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) on cooperation and the exchange of information.
The MOU was signed by HKEx Chief Executive Charles Li and KRX Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Bongsoo Kim. The signing ceremony was held at HKEx’s Viewing Gallery. HKEx Chairman Ronald Arculli and other senior executives from HKEx and KRX also attended and witnessed the ceremony.
