Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited (HKEx) today (Wednesday) posted a summary of the submissions on its GEM Discussion Paper on the HKEx website.

HKEx is grateful for respondents' comments and will take them into account in formulating its proposals on the further development of GEM and related matters.  HKEx is mindful of the position of existing GEM-listed companies and will consider their interests carefully when formulating its proposals.  Such proposals will be subject to separate consultation.
