Service Application Procedure

Applicable to Market Data Vendor Licence Agreement (Single Licence) 

Notes:

1. An application is deemed to have been formally lodged with HKEX-IS (China) when the applicant formally submitted a Form A3m. 

2. After the Form A3m is considered duly completed, the application will be presented to the management for approval.  Updated Schedule 4 - Memorandum of Permitted Purpose (MOPP) of the Market Data Vendor Licence Agreement will be issued to the IV when the application is approved after the completion of the Form A3m.
