1 Rental is available at (11:00am - 9:00pm) on weekday and (9:00am - 7:00pm) on Saturdays. Except by special arrangement, rental is not available outside of these times or on Sundays and Public Holidays.
2 Includes time for setup and dismantling. Extra hours (up to 3 hours) will be charged at corresponding package hourly rate. Entitlement to one-time technical testing before the event date (max. 2 hours).
3 Includes time for setup and dismantling. Extra hours (up to 2 hours) will be charged at corresponding package hourly rate. Entitlement to two times technical testing before the event date (max. 4 hours).
4 Minimum rental: 4 hours, including time for setup and dismantling. Rental for 4 - 7 (8 - 10) hours entitlement to one-time (two times) testing/rehearsal before the event date; max. 2 (or 4) hours.
Note: Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited reserves the right, at its sole and absolute discretion, to accept or reject an Applicant’s application for the use of the HKEX Connect Hall.
